Hi, here's the hot artichoke dip recipe I promised.
1 bread round
1-2 baguettes of French bread
1 cup sour cream
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr leek soup mix
3-4 cloves garlic, depending on your taste and size of the cloves, sliced
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese divided
1 can of artichoke hearts drained and rinsed
Cut the top off of the bread round. Hollow out middle of the bread to make a
bowl, saving top and insides to use for dipping.
Cut the baguettes up into small slices.
In a food processor combine sour cream, mayo, soup mix, garlic, and 1/4 cup of
the cheese. Process until smooth.
Add artichoke hearts and pulse a few time. Pour dip into bread bowl and top
with remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 oven for 30-40 min. or until top is brown.
Set hot dip out on a tray and surround with slices of baguette.
